Meet Sheila
I bring to the role of Realtor my considerable personal experience in 
Colorado Springs real estate. Along with my husband Boyd (happily married in November 1998, see picture right), we own and manage several multi-family properties and are part of a real estate development company, Catalyst Properties, which has recently broken ground on 120 condominiums in the Powers corridor. Building on my own first-hand success and knowledge of real estate ownership and investment, my clients receive trusted advice and proven expertise.
I have personally built a home (standing on lot with Boyd, see picture left) and have helped many clients with their purchase of land through new home design and construction. I was the Top Producing Broker for Stuart Scott in 2005 and 2006.
On the personal front, we've had a long-term border living with us named Brio (see picture right). We also like to travel. We visited Sweden in July 2006 (see picture below).
